LOCAL ACTIVITIES
Local
EOTC Programme:
We have
been working hard to put together an EOTC programme in and around Tawa for Year
10’s. The focus of this programme is one
of citizenship and social awareness. The
programme will involve four days of activities including a high ropes course, a
nature walk as well as laser paintball and the aquatic centre. Also, all students will participate in a day
of community service in Tawa where they will have an opportunity to contribute
to, and benefit their local community. Students will focus on working as a team
throughout many of the activities, developing essential life skills including
self management, relating to others and participating and contributing. This four day EOTC programme costs $75.
